Power outages were minimal last week compared to October when hundreds of thousands (more than 300k) were without electricity for weeks. So what would it take to lessen the chances of us losing lights? We talked to a former member of the Oklahoma Corporation Commission who has pushed for this. We also hear from the OCC and OG&E about the possibility.
