President Joe Biden has placed new restrictions on air travel to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus.

"Anytime you get inside of a close space, you increase the transmission of COVID-19," said Dr. Dale Bratzler. "If you are on a plane and drink a beverage without a mask and other people are doing it, then there is a chance of transmission."

Starting Tuesday, airline passengers who enter the United States, whether you are a citizen or a foreign traveler, will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test.

This new CDC requirement will restrict passengers from coming into the united states if they cannot provide written proof of a test result to the airline within three days of travel.

President Joe Biden is expected to reinstate border restrictions to over twenty countries due to the growing cases and the mutated strand of COVID-19.

As of now, President Biden has put into place that anyone traveling is required to mask.
