Tulsa Police said a suspect accused of second-degree murder after a dog mauling death is now in custody.

Police said Benjamin Spence has been arrested in connection to the death of Curtis Wickham by dog mauling death in west Tulsa. Officials said a warrant was issued for Spence a few weeks ago and officials were able to find and arrest him on Thursday. Documents say Spence has been charged with second-degree murder and assault with a dangerous weapon for dropping a TV on Wickham's head while he was on the ground.

According to the affidavit, Spence was charged with second-degree murder for "directing his three pitbulls, Boomer, Sooner and Rosie to attack Curtis Wickham causing mortal wounds."
