OHP: Female Hit By Vehicle After Stepping Into Traffic

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is working the scene of an auto-pedestrian accident in southeast Oklahoma City.

The accident happened on Interstate 240 near the South Bryant Avenue ramp.

OHP said a female was hit by a vehicle after she stepped into traffic. The driver who hit the victim remained at the scene following the collision.

The female was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
