OSDH Halloween Guidance

The State Health Department is warning families about Halloween celebrations this year.

The department is encouraging Oklahomans to avoid crowded parties and indoor haunted houses.

School activities should also be held outdoor and staggered by grade.

Absentee Ballot Notary Event

League of Women Voters of Oklahoma volunteers will notarize ballots in two Oklahoma City locations through the weekend before the Nov. 3 general election.

The League has partnered with the EastPoint retail center and the Tower Theater to offer notary services five days a week through Nov. 1.

At EastPoint, LWVOK volunteers will be available at Kindred Spirits, 1726-C NE 23rd St. from 1-5 p.m. Sundays, 5-9 p.m. Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays.

Notaries will be at the Tower, 425 NW 23rd St., on 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays.
