Snickerdoodle Mug Cake

1. ¼ cup all-purpose flour
2. 2 tablespoon sugar
3. ¼ teaspoon baking powder
4. ¼ teaspoon vanilla
5. Pinch of salt
6. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
7. ¼ cup milk
8. Cinnamon sugar

1. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, pinch of salt, butter and milk till smooth in a small bowl.
2. Pour ½ of the mixture into a mug with straight sides.
3. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and then add the remaining batter and finish with another sprinkle of cinnamon sugar.
4. Cook on HIGH in the microwave for 1- 1 ½ minutes in your microwave. **Times will vary based on your microwave.
