The weather pattern in Oklahoma remains pretty calm and pleasant Wednesday. This should continue into next week.

A few showers will be possible again Wednesday and could start in the morning due to Hurricane Sally.

Dry weather expected thru the weekend. 

Hurricane Sally made landfall near the Alabama and Mississippi state line around 4:45 a.m. Wednesday.

The storm is now a category 2 Hurricane, with a sustained wind speed of over 100 MPH.

The storm is moving slowly, raising concerns of flooding.

Oklahoma Task Force One arrived in Hammond, Louisiana ready to help with any rescue and relief efforts.
