Senate Diabetes Study

Senate leaders will hold an interim study, providing Oklahomans with diabetes information on insurance coverage and health outcomes.

The Senate Retirement and Insurance Committee will meet at the state capitol from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Room 230 at the State Capitol.

Seating is limited, but a live stream of the event will be available.

Green Pastures

A new film school in the Oklahoma City metro is holding classes.

The Oklahoma Film and TV academy moved into the old Green Pastures elementary school in Spencer.

The academy is geared to help people get crew positions on movie sets.
