Oklahoma Employment Security Commission Extends In-Person Events

The Oklahoma Employment Security Commission has once again extended their in-person events into this next week.

There will be events Monday and Tuesday at the Reed Center in Midwest City but both events are already full meaning no one will be admitted without tickets to those events.

Interim Director Shelley Zumwalt says her agency is making good progress.

"We've had more than 500 people each day attend the events and we've served over 3,000 claimants while making safety for those who attend a top priority," said Zumwalt.

The OESC will also have events in Tulsa next Wednesday and Thursday. Both will be at the Tulsa Fairgrounds from 7 to 7.
