Rainbow 🌈 Bowls

  1. Protein of your choice (grilled chicken, teriyaki marinated beef or pork)
  2. Sliced & chopped veggies (cucumbers, green onions, radish, sweet bell peppers, jalapeños, grated carrot, and avocado)
  3. Cooked rice or rice noodles
  4. 1 mango, cubed
  5. Sesame seeds
  6. Peanut Citrus Dressing


  1. Assemble your bowl by adding a cup of rice or noodles, top with protein of your choice, and add veggies.
  2. Make a rainbow in your veggie selections.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with dressing.
