Easy Focaccia

  1. 1 ball of pizza dough
  2. Olive oil
  3. Herbs of your choice, I use rosemary/garlic/thyme
  4. Assorted veggies (peppers, green onion, sun-dried tomatoes)
  5. Fresh cracked salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and herbs/seasonings.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Stretch and work the dough until it is 1/2 inch thick rectangle.
  5. Brush the parchment paper with lots of olive oil.
  6. Set the dough onto the cooking pan and allow it to rest for 20-30 minutes.
  7. It will rise slightly.
  8. Poke your fingers into the dough making holes.
  9. Now, decorate your dough with fresh veggies.
  10. Brush with more oil and add fresh cracked pepper and salt.
  11. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until focaccia is golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and brush with more oil.
  13. Serve with balsamic and more oil for dipping.
