Peanut Butter Cup Pie

  1. 1 Oreo pre-prepared pie crust
  2. 1 (8 ounce) box cream cheese, room temperature
  3. 3/4 cup peanut butter
  4. 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  5. 1 cup chocolate chips
  6. 1 cup whipped topping or fresh whipped cream
  7. 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  8. Chopped peanuts


  1. In a medium sized bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar till smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and set aside.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave.
  4. Stir in the coconut oil till smooth.
  5. Pour (all but 2 tablespoons) of the chocolate sauce over the bottom of the Oreo crust.
  6. Spread to cover the bottom and sides of crust. 
  7. Add the peanut butter filling to the crust and spread.
  8. Chill in the freezer for 2 hours before serving.
  9. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with leftover chocolate sauce and chopped peanuts.
