OCPD Respond To Drive-By Shooting In NE OKC

Oklahoma City police responded to a drive-by shooting late Wednesday morning.

Authorities said the shooting occurred near the intersection of North Prospect Avenue and Northeast 23rd Street in northeast Oklahoma City.

One person was shot in the hip. The victim was seen crawling on the street when police arrived on the scene.

The injury is considered non-life threatening, but the victim was taken to a hospital as a precaution.

No information on a suspect is available at this time.
