Lavender Syrup

Lavender Syrup

  1. 1 cup water
  2. 3 tablespoon culinary lavender buds
  3. 2 cups sugar


  1. Bring one cup of water to a boil with the lavender buds.
  2. Reduce heat and add sugar and stir till dissolved.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and cover with a lid to steep for 1 hour. No longer.
  5. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer.
  6. Store in a mason jar or airtight container.
  7. Keep in the refrigerator for up to a month.
