2 cups rotisserie chicken, minced
2 celery ribs, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper
Bread of your choice
Leaf lettuce
Place the chicken in a food processor and chop until it is finally minced. Put the chicken, celery, onion, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl and stir together. Stir together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and freshly cracked pepper. Add the mayonnaise dressing to the chicken mixture and stir until everything is combined. Add a smear of chicken salad to a piece of your favorite bread and top with a fresh leaf of lettuce and another slice of bread. Store any extra chicken salad in an airtight container for up to a week.
