Friday Night Football Round-Up

First stop finds us in Sapulpa as the Chieftains took on Bixby.

In the 1st quarter, the Spartans were on the move. The handoff goes to Braden Roller and he goes up the left side 24 yards for the touchdown and makes it 7-0 Bixby.

The next possession from their own 20 they'll run the sweep to the left side this time with Brennan Presley who has the speed. He'll shake a couple of would-be tacklers and cut it back to go 80 yards for the score.

In the end, it was all Bixby tonight, the final, 45-0.

Then we head up route 66 for a class 5A-4 showdown between Collinsville and Claremore.

In the 1st quarter, Jake Tuttle of Collinsville plows right into the line and he carries some tacklers into the endzone. A missed PAT makes it 6-0 Cardinals.

Later in the 2nd quarter, it's Tuttle again, who outruns everyone except Claremore's Jace Hightower who prevents a touchdown.

On 4th and 4 Brayden Burd gets over the goal line. PAT no good but Collinsville ultimately go on to shut out Claremore 31-0.

Our last stop takes us to Lincoln Christian where the Bulldogs hosted Stigler in the 3A-3 opener.

In the 2nd, Stigler's Nate Bryant goes over the middle to Lakin Bass for a TD making 44-13.

3rd quarter 1st play of the half, Brendyn Harris finds a big hole and he'll turn on the jets they wouldn't catch him

Lincoln Christian cruises over Stigler 51-13.
