The government shutdown is putting several Oklahoma Department of Transportation projects on hold.  This is because part of those project's funding includes federal money.

It is a statewide problem with bridge and other roadwork projects from Washington County to McIntosh County - and all the way out to the panhandle - on hold.

If the shutdown continues into next month, even more projects will have to wait.
