An attorney representing a suspect in the murder of Carina Saunders says charges against his client and several others could come next week.
According to Attorney Tony Coleman, his client Alejandro Rojas, along with Francisco Gomez, Edgar Gonzalez-Olivas, Luis Soto and Jimmy Massey could all be charged with murder.
Police found Saunders' body in a duffel bag last October in Bethany.
Coleman says he spoke to the Assistant District Attorney who said within the next 10 days, charges will be filed.
A preliminary hearing is set to take place at 9 a.m. on July 20 in Judge Doak's courtroom.
