Charges Filed Against Three Suspects In Westmoore HS Rape

Formal charges have been filed against three Westmoore High School students accused of raping a 15-year-old girl.

Friday morning, Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn filed a second-degree rape charge against each of the three suspects, 18-year-old John Delmoral, 18-year-old Terrel Skinner, 19-year-old Boston Williams, according to court documents. 

A fourth suspect, 18-year-old Johnathan Henderson, will not be charged because he was a minor at the time of the incident, and he and the victim were having consensual sex, authorities said. 

According to an affidavit, on January 26, the four participated in the gang rape of a 15-year-old girl at the Brookwood Village Apartments, located at 9139 S. Shartel.

The affidavit stated that the victim intended to have consensual sex with Henderson. But the other suspects came into the room and took turns raping her.

According to the affidavit, the victim said she never said no because she considered Henderson her boyfriend, and she was shocked that he not only did not stop the rape, he participated in it.

The victim said she asked the suspects several times to, “Just take me back to the school.”
