Police Officer Accused of Punching Husband in the Face

OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City police officer accused of punching her husband in the face has been arrested.

Officer Lorie Davis, 47, was arrested on one complaint of domestic violence.

Davis was arrested after her husband called 911. Police said she grabbed her husband by the shirt and then hit him.

Davis has been on the Oklahoma City police force for 22 years.

Under state law, anyone convicted of domestic violence can no longer carry a gun.
