Bob Mills SkyNews 9 HD flew over the scene of several grass fires in southeast Oklahoma City.

According to officials, four fires broke out Tuesday afternoon near Tinker Air Force Base in southeast Oklahoma City.

Five fire departments worked over two hours to extinguish the fires between S.E. 59th and Douglas Blvd. and S.E. 74th and Post Rd. The area consisted of about 200 acres of dry grass and cedar trees. No structures were damaged by the fire.

Fire crews from Midwest City, Del City and Little Axe assisted Oklahoma City Fire Department and Tinker Fire Department with this large fire.

Another wildfire burned near Lake Stanley Draper Drive. Officials quickly extinguished this fire, and Lake Stanley Draper Dr. was closed while fire units worked the area.

Oklahoma City police are looking for a white pickup that was seen in the area of the fires and that may have thrown something out the window.

Meteorologist Lacey Swope said a fire threat has been issued statewide through Wednesday.
