3.0 Earthquake Recorded In Major County

A small earthquake was recorded Thursday in Major county, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.

The 3.0 magnitude earthquakes was reported around 4:20 p.m. It’s epicenter was 2.6 miles east northeast of Togo, 37.3 miles east of Woodward, 46.9 miles west of Enid, 62.3 miles north of Weatherford and 94.5 miles northwest of Oklahoma City.

The earthquake was a little over three miles deep.

There have been no immediate reports of damage or injury.
