  • 2 cups Sorrento Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Sorrento Mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1 can crab meat, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover a one quart ovenproof baking dish with butter.  Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.  Pour into baking dish and bake 18-20 minutes until brown and bubbly.  Serve with crackers.
