Shrimp on the BarBee
Recipe from Tom Conlon of Virginia
2 lbs. EZ Peel Medium Shrimp (split, back vein removed)
1 12 oz Lite Italian Dressing
1 12 oz bottle olive oil
4 tbs crushed roasted garlic.
2 tbs old bay seasoning
Mix Italian dressing, olive oil, garlic, and Old Bay in large bowl. Peel and add shrimp.
Marinade for at least 4 hours. Grill but don't overcook. Enjoy!
