Easy Oven Fries

  • 2 large russet "baking" potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Seasoning blend (your choice)
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  4. Turn potato cut side down and then cut into thirds lengthwise.
  5. Place the potato wedges on a baking sheets and brush all over with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle with seasonings, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
