Ultimate Herbed Potatoes

  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 container (6.5 ounce) Alouette Garlic & Herbs spreadable  cheese
  • 1/2 stick salted butter
  1. Place the potatoes and chicken stock in a large stock pot.
  2. Heat on high and bring the potatoes to a boil.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
  4. Remove from the stove top and drain the water from the potatoes.
  5. Place the potatoes back on the stove top on medium high for 2-3 minutes to cook off any extra water.
  6. Add 1 cup milk, cheese and butter.
  7. Use a hand mixer to beat the potatoes till they are smooth.
  8. Add salt and pepper as needed.
  9. Serve with your favorite gravy!
