Pumpkin Cheesecake Dip

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • Ginger snap cookies or graham cracker
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer for 20 seconds or until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and mix well.
  3. Add pumpkin purée and mix well.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla and continue to mix till blended.
  5. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
  7. ?Serve with ginger snaps, graham crackers or bills wafers.
