How To Roast A Pumpkin

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh pumpkin
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper parchment paper

Directions:

  1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully cut the pumpkin in half.
  3. Remove the seeds.
  4. Rub the inside of the pumpkin with olive oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Lay cut side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven the pumpkin from the oven and cool.
