Candy Cornbread Muffins

  • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Westallion Candy Corn Beer or beer of your choice
  • 2 cups shredded Mexi cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup corn
  1. Preheat oven to 400° in line a muffin pan with muffin paper cups.
  2. And a medium-size bowl add all of the ingredients and stir together.
  3. Using an ice cream scoop fill the muffin cups with the batter and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter.
