A California mother’s medical condition is helping other moms who have trouble feeding their babies.

Tabitha Frost has hyperlactation syndrome, a condition that allows her to produce more breast milk than what her baby needs. In a video shared through SWNS, Frost says that she donates the extra breast milk to moms in need.

Frost first began donating in 2016. The milk goes to premature babies, and babies who are allergic to formula.

Frost says she’s donated about 15,000 ounces of breast milk.
