More than 40,000 square feet of historic property in Downtown Tulsa’s East Village will soon be transformed.

Ross Group and Nelson Stowe have partnered to renovate the property that currently sits near 4th and Kenosha. A former storage facility for NORDAM will soon house creative office space. One tenant has already committed, and the other three buildings are being actively marketed.

The space will be named The Midland - after the Midland Valley Railroad that ran by the building.

Ross Group and Nelson Stowe purchased the property for $2.4 million last year and plan to use historic tax credits to help complete the more than $8 million project.

“This is a great partnership between Nelson Stowe and Ross Group,” said Matt Newman, VP of Real Estate for Ross Group. “It is a project that is in both of our backyards and we see this area as the next big growth opportunity.”

“There are a lot of things here that support office buildings and support the daytime traffic, and we also have plenty of multi-family and retail and food and beverage. So, we think with everything along 3rd and 4th Street, this is the perfect project to team up on and put a new project together for Downtown Tulsa."

Ground breaking on The Midland is set for next month.
