Norman police are looking for possible victims in connection with a possible serial rapist.

Stephen Homan, 24, was arrested, charged and later convicted of first-degree rape in Custer County. Norman police initiated a rape investigation on June 28 and identified Homan as a suspect.

During the investigation, Homan also became a suspect in a rape reported in 2017 in Norman. Norman police are assisting Custer County in the prosecution of Homan during his jury trial.

Homan has now been charged on two counts of first-degree rape in Cleveland County and warrants have been issued for his arrest.

Investigators say victims would most likely be sexually assaulted during college parties.

Norman police are urging possible victims to contact Detective Kellee Robertson at 405-366-5261.
