<p>Owasso police say officers spotted a stolen trailer with two ATVs on it only moments after the owner called police to report a commotion outside his home.</p>

Owasso police say officers spotted a stolen trailer with two ATVs on it only moments after the owner called police to report a commotion outside his home.

Police said they spotted Joshua Fulmer and Jamie Pilon in a pickup near the victim's house towing the stolen trailer.

Both men were arrested.
