A man arrested for a municipal warrant is now charged with aggravated possession of child pornography, according to OSBI’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.
OSBI says 35-year-old Christopher Carter was arrested in Woodward on Wednesday, July 25. He is being held in the Woodward County Jail.
