Frozen Coco Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of strong coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Cup chilled coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 Cup ice
  • whipped cream and chocolate syrup for topping

Directions:

  1. Prepare coffee as you normally would and set aside to cool.
  2. In a small bowl combined the cocoa powder & powdered sugar.
  3. In a blender add the whole milk, cocoa mixture and 1 cup ice. Blend well.
  4. Pour in the coffee and add an addition 1/2 cup of ice and continue blending till smooth.
  5. Serve in a glass topped with whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate syrup! Enjoy!
