One person was arrested after leading police on an hour-long chase through the metro, Friday morning.

Multiple departments were involved, including the Oklahoma City, Edmond, Del City and Pottawatomie County Sheriff's deputies.

Oklahoma City Police report they attempted to pull the suspect over near Southwest 44th Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. The driver refused to stop and led officers on a chase through city streets and highways. Investigators said speeds did not exceed 65-75 miles an hour.

The suspect led law enforcement from Southwest Oklahoma City to Edmond where at some point officers believe the suspect may have tossed an unknown object from the window.

From there the chase continued to the Del City area and ended at a truck stop on Choctaw Road and I-40, where the driver pulled over before he was arrested.

The identity of the suspect has not been released.
