Dilly Cucumber Toast

• 2 slices favorite bread (I use English Toasting Bread), toasted
• Cream cheese
• Fresh dill, chopped
• Feta cheese
• Cashews, chopped
• English cucumber

1. Slice the cucumber into lengthwise ribbons.
2. In a small bowl, mix a few tablespoons of cream cheese with fresh dill.
3. Spread the cream cheese over the toasted bread.
4. Sprinkle with feta cheese.
5. Lay thin strips of cucumber over the top of the cream cheese and then sprinkle with fresh dill and cashews.
