Creamed Spinach Chicken Bake

  • 1 container cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package baby spinach
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  1. In a small skillet melt butter and sauce the spinach with garlic salt. 
  2. Add in half and half, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Allow the sauce to simmer.
  4. Season as needed. 
  5. Place the chicken breasts in baking pan.
  6. Pour the creamed spinach over the top.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
