Anti-Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup pearl mozzarella
  • 1 cup sliced hard salami
  • Artichoke hearts, quarters (jarred or frozen)
  • 1 1/2 cups Balsamic dressing
  • 5 cloves roasted garlic
  • Fresh basil?

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
  4. Allow the salad to chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
