- 3-4 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup pearl mozzarella
- 1 cup sliced hard salami
- Artichoke hearts, quarters (jarred or frozen)
- 1 1/2 cups Balsamic dressing
- 5 cloves roasted garlic
- Fresh basil?
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container.
- Allow the salad to chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
