Laurel’s Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Almond or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1-2 teaspoon raw coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1-2 teaspoons Chia seeds
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped
Directions:
- Place all of the fruit in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl mix together the yogurt, agave nectar, and sliced mint.
- Sprinkle with fruit with the coconut sugar and stir.
- Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve!
