Laurel’s Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Almond or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-2 teaspoon raw coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1-2 teaspoons Chia seeds
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 teaspoon fresh mint, chopped

Directions:

  1. Place all of the fruit in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl mix together the yogurt, agave nectar, and sliced mint.
  2. Sprinkle with fruit with the coconut sugar and stir.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit.
  4. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve!
