Man Hospitalized After Stabbing In Bricktown

Posted: Updated:
OKLAHOMA CITY -

OU Medical Center says Bricktown stabbing victim Toranio Boykins has been upgraded from critical to “good” condition.

Police say Boykins was stabbed early Friday by Antwan Wells, after an altercation in Glam Night Club.

Charles Stout opened the Bricktown Brewery 26 years ago.  He says Bricktown has a large police presence, and he feels it is a safe place to be.

“And especially in this day in age in Oklahoma, if we do see something, we say something, and you see it all of the time,” Stout said.

Police say there are as many as 18 police officers on patrol in Bricktown on Friday and Saturday nights.
