OKLAHOMA CITY - A man was arrested after he was accused of shooting a man in the face at a northeast Oklahoma City convenience store.

Maurice McClendon, 19, was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on Thursday.

An assault with a deadly weapon arrest warrant was issued against him on Wednesday and the Oklahoma City police asked for the public's help in finding him.

The shooting happened on May 3. Police said the shooting victim was in serious condition as of Wednesday.
