1 Arrested After Edmond Police Chase, Crash

EDMOND, Oklahoma -

One person was arrested early Monday near Edmond after a police chase and crash. 

The chase began in Edmond when an officer tried to pull over a reportedly stolen vehicle near 33rd and Broadway. 

The suspect vehicle drove south and attempted to exit the Broadway Extension. The vehicle was going too fast and crashed near Kelley Avenue and Memorial Road.

The suspect tried to run from officers but was caught quickly. The vehicle was reportedly stolen from Oklahoma City.

The suspect was not identified Monday morning.
