OKLAHOMA CITY - Oklahoma City Police arrested a man last week they said they’ve arrested at least ninety other times . 

Nicklous Pappan, 39  was arrested on May 1st outside the Auto Zone on South Western. Police arrested him for offenses including public drunkenness, resisting arrest, and trespassing. 

Police said Pappan was inhaling Auto Zone carburetor cleaner in the parking lot.   

Bodycam video shows Pappan ignoring the arresting officer’s commands over and over. The arrest also resulted in Pappan breaking his arm. 

While police said they’ve arrested Pappan 91 times, the Oklahoma County Jail tells News 9 it has more than 200 different mugshots of Pappan.
