The Purcell Police Department is once again on the hunt for a man accused of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend for the second time.

Authorities say Floyd Joseph Ball, Jr. returned to Purcell just before 10 p.m. Friday night and kidnapped his previous victim at knife point from a Subway near North Green Avenue and West Grant Street.

Ball and the victim left the restaurant in an unknown direction, according to report.

Authorities believe Ball is driving a green four door Toyota Camry with Oklahoma license plate number DYY804 but say the plates may have been changed.

A nation-wide felony arrest warrant has been issued for Ball.

Ball has shoulder length brown hair and facial hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black pants and black shoes.

Authorities say Ball should be considered armed and dangerous.

If you see Ball or have any information you are urged to call 911 immediately.
