OKC Homicide Suspect Arrested In New Mexico

A homicide suspect has been arrested in New Mexico, Oklahoma City police said Wednesday morning.

Ronald Milton Jr. was arrested overnight in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He is accused of killing his father and sister on April 14.

Ronald Dean Milton, 63, and Brandy Maria Milton, 39, were found dead inside a residence about 11:35 a.m. in the 1300 block of NW 105 Terrace.

Las Cruces police said Milton approached local firefighters and said he needed to speak with police.

On their Facebook page, Oklahoma City police thanked the officers in Las Cruces for arresting Milton.

Milton is being held without bond at the Dona Ana County jail. He is awaiting extradition to Oklahoma City.
