Oklahoma City Burn Ban Lifted

The Oklahoma City Fire Marshal lifted the Oklahoma City burn barn that was enacted on April 16, 2018. 

Effective immediately the burn ban has been lifted, due to the recent rains and moisture in the area. 

It is still illegal to burn without a permit issued by the Oklahoma City Fire Department.

Those desiring to conduct controlled burns need to contact the Oklahoma City Fire Marshal's office during regular business hours (M-F, 8–5) at 316-6843 to obtain guidelines and a burn permit.
