Crews Battle Fire At Moore Fast Food Joint

Posted: Updated:
MOORE, Oklahoma -

Crews were called out to a commercial fire at a fast food restaurant in Moore, Friday afternoon.

Firefighters battled the blaze at the A&W-Long John Silver’s restaurant, located near NW 12th Street and N. Moore Avenue. Once on scene, crews reported seeing heavy smoke and flames pouring from the roof structure.

A preliminary damage estimate has not been made, but from the air, Bob Mills SkyNews 9 could see the roof was heavily burnt, with parts of the decoration adorning the north-facing facade baked off the building. Most of the damage was located at the back of the business.

No word yet on any possible injuries. The cause has not yet been determined.

This is a developing story.
