OCSO Says Man Wanted For Multiple Charges Including Assault Of Inmate

The Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a suspect wanted for an assault that took place in the Oklahoma County Jail in January.

According to the OCSO, 20-year-old Christopher Jenkins along with two other suspects, identified as 29-year-old Elijah Lambert and 36-year-old Ricky Appleton, are accused of luring another inmate into a cell where they assaulted him, tied him up and held him against his will.

A detention officer found the victim after opening the cell to deliver food, according to the OCSO.

Lambert and Appleton are currently in custody, but Jenkins is outstanding.

Jenkins is facing charges of Kidnapping, Aggravated Assault and Battery, and Possession of Contraband in a Penal Institution. If you know of his whereabouts, contact the warrant tip line at 405-713-1063.
