Norman Police canceled a Silver Alert after a 74-year-old woman was found safe Tuesday night.
Police said Margaret Maynard went missing around 3:30 p.m. after leaving a clinic. Police stated Maynard never arrived back at her residence.
Around 9:00 p.m., Norman Police said Maynard was located and safe.
